We provide digital marketing tools and solutions including, but not limited to:
AIVA Voice AI: AI-powered inbound and outbound voice agents for call handling.
QRZenith: Dynamic QR code generation with scan analytics.
ProofCast: Creation of video testimonials from client reviews.
Each service may include its own subscription terms, setup fees, or usage limits which will be clearly stated before purchase.
3. Pricing & Payments
Fees for setup, subscription, or usage (e.g., call minutes or scans) are disclosed at the time of purchase.
Payments are due in advance of service periods.
Overage charges (e.g., exceeding allocated call minutes) may apply.
Late payments may incur a 1% monthly interest charge and collection costs.
4. Term & Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
Cancellations require 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
Prepaid fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Use of Services
You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to:
Using AI agents or QR codes for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
Sharing account access without authorization.
Reverse-engineering or reselling our platforms without written consent.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business data and customer information. We will not disclose, sell, or share it without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for reliability, our services may experience downtime, errors, or inaccuracies.
Much like human representatives, AI may provide incomplete or incorrect information.
Our liability is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for third-party failures (e.g., phone carriers, internet providers, or hosting services).
8. Disputes
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in the state of Massachusetts, unless prohibited by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
